Abstract

In recent years, because of irregular population increase, many civil textures gradually lost their main function and were faced with bad functioning And loss of good conditions of the life become worn tissue. These worn and old textures have attracted the attention of urban renovators. However, urban RENOVATION has encountered many problems in diverse ereas and at times has progressed slowly. The theories of modernization are the theoretical framework of this texture. Due to mental poverty of the inhabitorts and owners it is impossio renovale these textures spontaneously and due tspecific mentality of the people and traditional style of the texture. Quick change accompanied with rapid growth can affect undesired psychological and social artworks in these areas. The point that a city without change can hardly called a city, civil inhabitants should also accept the transformation of mentally an in reality, thus it is necessary to undergo major fundamental developments and modernizations in people cultural believes. So, it seems that In this regard, cultural RENOVATION should be utilizied as the RENOVATION of old civil textures. There is a critical relation between mental RENOVATION and civic texture innovations in the megacity of Tehran.
