Abstract

 Background and objectives: Adolescents and young people are important and fundamental parts of human capital in every society, which is, at the same time, more vulnerable to CRIME and delinquency than other groups of society. EDUCATION has the greatest impact on adolescent spirit and soul after the family, and the juvenile social and cultural personality is founded on this institution. The main purpose of this study was “to study the role of EDUCATION in EARLY PREVENTION of CRIMEs committed by high school male STUDENTS”.Methodology: In terms of its objectives, this research is of an applied research type and a descriptive-analytic study that is conducted in a survey-oriented method. The statistical population of this study was all high school STUDENTS in District 5 of Tehran during the academic year of 20145-2016. A simple random sampling method was used for determining the sample size. A researcher-made questionnaire has been used to measure the role of EDUCATION and measure the variable of CRIME prevention. The validity of the tool was confirmed by face validity and the reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient.Findings and results: The results of the main hypothesis testing showed that "the recognition of EDUCATION from individual factors of STUDENTS" and "recognition of EDUCATION of environmental factors of STUDENTS" affect the EARLY PREVENTION of STUDENTS CRIMEs, also testing the hypothesis of research indicates that variables such as " STUDENTS’ appropriate SOCIAL SKILLS suitable", "Independence and ability to deal with psychological pressures", "personality and proper characteristics", "the desire to attend school", "the desirable academic performance", "thoughts and intentions for healthy behaviors" and... have a significant impact on EARLY PREVENTION of STUDENTS CRIME.
