Abstract

psycho peace has the same means with mentally health and Individual's adaptation power with his/her around atmosphere and with around people. One of the important problems which disturb this peace is STRESS. Nowadays world has different STRESS factor that some of them allocated to working office atmosphere. Human being spends its own life in different areas Where working area in the most important environment that the person spends majority part of own adulthood in there. The POLICE STATIONS are as an environment which is not expected of this matter. The main purpose of this research is DESIGNING the perfect atmosphere based on its effect on referees and staffs in Tehran POLICE STATIONS. This research is applicable and gathering data is descriptive- analytic. Data collecting Tools are Interview, observations and questionnaires made by researcher. The sample corpus of research is 200 people include employees and referees to POLICE STATIONS and sampling is clustery. The results show that according to functional design QUALITY which caused to increase police station employees' efficiency. Psycho peace during working time in office and provide the behavior with referees and also provide people thought on police station and strengthen relation between people and employees and psycho peace during refer to POLICE STATIONS.
