Abstract

Public SECURITY or SECURITY which is created via policing is a status in which interests and values of society are protected against any threat. Based on this definition, law enforcement agencies attempt to determine their priorities. The purpose of this study is to investigate the position of POLICE-oriented SECURITY via SECURITY factors and to determine Iran's POLICE priorities in maintaining law and order in THE VISION DOCUMENT OF 1404. The research questions are as follows: 1) what is POLICE-oriented factors in THE VISION DOCUMENT OF 1404? 2) what is Iran's POLICE priorities in the vision Document? The research finding showed that POLICE-related SECURITY is a part of public SECURITY and can be interpreted from individual and public dimensions. It also showed that Iran priorities in crystallizing the vision of 1404 are to maintain the law and order.
