Abstract

The current study was intended to compare the KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT and INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY in male and female National Drilling Company employees. 169 employees were randomly selected as a sample via simple sampling procedure based on Morgan table. KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT Questionnaire and INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY Questionnaire were implemented as data source. The research was a descriptive- comparative type. To analyze the collected data Multiple Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) was applied as main statistical method. The results indicated that there was a significant difference in KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT (F= 14.64, p £0.0001) between male and female while the both groups were not differed significantly in INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. The female employees gained a higher score mean than male in KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT.
