Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the affective factors in optimizing water resources management in AGRICULTURAL SECTOR of IRAN. The total population was 350 farmers in Khuzestan, Zanjan, Ghazvin, Ilam, Yazd and Tehran Provinces in IRAN in 2009.Structural equation model was used and the results show that 37 percent of variance on the perception of respondents was explained by governmental activities, personal and physical characteristic, extension services and management mechanisms.
