Abstract

 Introduction: The tip of research, Assessment of JOB SATISFACTION and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT Conditions in one of the university Staff’s and executing guidelines for upgrading and making better in this field is applied.Method: For assessing the scopes of JOB SATISFACTION and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT we have used the 267 question sheets. The statistic society is all employees of university, which is divided into four groups.Results: In result we have founded the below tips: A: staff’s JOB SATISFACTION average has founded as (3.22 from 5) which is carrying out more than middle satisfactions. So we have not a meaning full differ in related to JOB SATISFACTION with gender, age, education, member ship and resume. But there is one deep meaning full differs between JOB SATISFACTION and occupation. B: Average of staff’s ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT scope has founded as (5.24 from 7) which shows the middle and more satisfactions. So we have not a meaning full differ in related to ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT with gender, age, member ship and resume. But there is one deep meaning full differs between ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT with education and occupation.Discussion: There is one deep meaning full differ between JOB SATISFACTIONs ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT with occupation.
