JOB TENDENCIES AMONG YOUNG CHILDREN OF PERSONNEL

Abstract

 Record and Objective: The present research was implemented with an objective to study job tendencies among young children of Sepah personnel in organizational towns of Sepah in the city of Tehran.Method:855  girls and boys participated in this research. The age scope of them was Between 11 to 20 and their age average is equal to 15/27(SD=1/88). they were requested to complete the prepared questionnaire.Results: The results showed that medical and university jobs in groups based on age and girl and boys groups are in the first priority. The present research showed that parents and family members play the main role in job preparation and decision making of their children. The result of interest test showed that the subjected girls comparing to the boys groups are more interested in social jobs. About groups based on age it was cleared that age groups from 16 to 20 comparing to the age group from 13 to 15 are more interested in jobs requiring physical and muscular powers. Also, the age group from 13 to 15 is less interested in social jobs. Correlation analysis showed that an increase of the age will increase the interest of the tested people in physical jobs and jobs with power and flaunting features.Conclusion: Job selection is influenced by the realities of society and growth and sexuality changes.
