Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to asses JOB SATISFACTION of lahijan Keshavarzi bank staff. JOB SATISFACTION is a general attitude in relation to job. For collecting data, JDI questionnaire was used and for data analysis spss software was used and degree of confidence was 95 %. Five hypotheses have been examined in this research. The results show that there are significant and positive relationship between variables TYPE OF WORK , SUPERVISOR CHARACTERS , PARTNER CHARACTERS , UPGRADE , PROGRESS and SALARY with JOB SATISFACTION.
