Abstract

In recent years, in various theories and research, SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT presented as a core structures that has been related to ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE. Due to increasing use of SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT approach, this research studies its impact on ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE through the intervention of competitive advantage. The purpose of this study was investigated the effect of SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT practices on competitive advantage and SAPCO ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE. So researcher with the review the literature and use of survey method, and selected sample in SAPCO supply chain, tested the hypotheses with the use of T-test, regression and structural equation modeling and the Friedman test. The study population consisted of employees and managers in the design and supply of automotive components SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT Company, that researcher selected 369 samples but gendered 395 questionnaires and analysis the data. The result of research show, there are direct relation between SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT ant COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES and ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE and between COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES and ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE and between. But with the intervention of competitive advantage, has created strong relationship between SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT and ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE. The test of fitness models demonstrates it is suitable model for SAPCO complex supply chains. Finally, researcher presented some suggestions for improvement the organization.
