Abstract

 impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of psychological EMPOWERMENT and organizational management is horrible. On the other hand, many researchers and theorists believe that the role of ENTREPRENEURSHIP in organizations is significant and If the situation can be provided to employees in the incidence of ENTREPRENEURIAL BEHAVIOR and reach a conclusion, it is promising to achieve organizational entrepreneur. This can have some business benefits such as increased creativity, SPIRITUALITY, honesty and confidence increase, increased organizational commitment, employees' attitudes improved as increased job satisfaction, job involvement, and so on. All of the direct and indirect benefits can lead to improved performance and organizational effectiveness. This paper has examined the impact of workplace SPIRITUALITY on psychological EMPOWERMENT and ENTREPRENEURIAL BEHAVIOR in Mamoot company. According to conceptual model including combination of three variables such as psychological EMPOWERMENT, SPIRITUALITY, business and ENTREPRENEURIAL BEHAVIOR, six hypotheses were provided and tested by path analysis. The findings indicate that there are significant positive relationship between three variables examined in this study.
