STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF DIFFERENT AMOUNT OF PROBIOTIC PROTEXIN ON WEIGHT GAIN, SURVIVAL RATE AND FCR OF RAINBOW TROUT

Abstract

 The effect of PROBIOTIC on the growth of various animals such as aquatic animals is one of the important issues in the recent years. The aim of this investigation was to evaluate the effects of PROBIOTIC PROTEXIN on RAINBOW TROUT. 240 pieces of RAINBOW TROUT with body weight of 10 gr provided from a producing center with same environment and nutritional conditions and divided into 4 groups. Nutrition diet consisting of PROBIOTIC was given. The control group did get PROBIOTIC but in treatment groups PROBIOTIC was given in the amount of 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3% in the nutrition. Statidtical analysis was done in days 0, 15, 30, 45. In each treatment group average weight, FCR and SURVIVAL RATE was calculated and in each of the times mentiond above, average of variable compared in four groups. adding amount of 0.3% of PROBIOTIC PROTEXIN to diet showed the best result to increase the amount of average weight and FCR of trout.(p<0.05).adding amount of 0.3% of PROBIOTIC PROTEXIN to diet, shows the best result to increase the amount of average weight and FCR of  trout, therefore statistical result showed no significant differences between the treatment groups and the control group .(p<0.05).
