Abstract

An ethical work climate refers to individual perception of their organizations. Since the ETHICAL CLIMATE is related to many factors such as performance, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, therefore this study is designed to assess NURSES attitudes about ETHICAL CLIMATE of educational HOSPITALS in Kerman.Questionnaires were distributed to 275 NURSES. The data were collected by ETHICAL CLIMATE questionnaire.The findings of study which show the prevailing ETHICAL CLIMATE of Kerman HOSPITALS in order of priority including: professionalism, rules, and caring. Independence, instrumental. Although the professionalism is suitable climate, but it is recommended that planning be implementing in order to create interest.
