ORGANIZATIONAL CYNICISM, CAUSES AND EFFECTS

Abstract

 Organizational cynicism is one of the most important behavioral issues that influences the performance of employees and the efficiency and effectiveness of an organization. This article contains the original concepts of ORGANIZATIONAL CYNICISM and it's relation to the other organizational concepts. First, the concept of cynicism and its related PSYCHOLOGICAL and Islamic approaches are discussed. Then, along with the ORGANIZATIONAL CYNICISM definition, effected variables of cynicism in organizations are investigated. then a model about the influencing factors and the results of cynicism is designed. This model makes it easy to understand the antecedents of ORGANIZATIONAL CYNICISM with selecting a set of variables. Finally, it can be claimed that ORGANIZATIONAL CYNICISM can be handled by organizations, since it is not a inborn characteristic.
