Abstract

 This descriptive study is correlative, which we had analyzed the relationship between enabling and ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT. The studied population of this study was 140 official and formal staffs of THE MOBILE COMMUNICATION CO. (the Members affair's central Unit).Performing the study, we had used library studies and questionnaire. For evaluating the enabling issue, the Spiritz Test had has been used. To evaluate ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT, we used Mi and Yeroalen standard questionnaire. The SPSS software has been used for data analyzing. With respect to the used method and study kind we have used Freedmen and Spirman test.In this study, the main hypothesis and the four secondary hypotheses have been supported by 99% level of confidence but the eligibility for duty plays most important role (0.426%) in relation with organization commitment of THE MOBILE COMMUNICATION CO. personnel. The fitting to duty' feeling which has the correlation coefficient by 0.321% is in the second place.The FEELING ADEQUATE FOR THE DUTY and having the right to select duty variables were not significant; because the test SIGNIFICANCE level was more than 0.05 of the regression model.
