Abstract

The purpose of thesis is evaluate of SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY in PUBLIC ORGANIZATION of Iran, survey relation of four effect factor (Economic aspect, ETHIC ASPECT, SOCIAL ASPECT, ENVIRONMENT ASPECT) and SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY in PUBLIC ORGANIZATION of Iran (Tarasht Electricity Powerhouse). Research method is descriptive‐ correlation. Population is Managers of Tarasht Electricity Powerhouse. Spearman correlation test method is used In Data analysis. Results that achieved after data gathering by questionnaire and data analysis involve: All variables independent (Economic aspect, ETHIC ASPECT, SOCIAL ASPECT, ENVIRONMENT ASPECT) have meaningful relation as a kind of direct with SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. The most factor of SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY is ENVIRONMENT ASPECT that has a maximum of correlation coefficient than other factors.
