Abstract

This study aimed to identify and prioritize the factors influencing ENTREPRENEURSHIP at THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE AND ISLAMIC GUIDANCE, Tehran has been done. The study of the purpose and the method is descriptive. In order to collect information, a combination of desk and field research methods were used. The study sample included all the experts and managers of THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE AND ISLAMIC GUIDANCE in Tehran that their numbers are 75 people.According to Morgan table, the sample size is 63 people to ensure the return of the questionnaire, 70 questionnaires were distributed randomly among professionals. Inventory study for comparing the pair to measure research designed to help software. Data were analyzed EXPERT CHOISE. The results showed that in this study, among the 3 main factors affecting ENTREPRENEURSHIP were compared to standard STRUCTURAL FACTORS weighing 0.439 in the first place and then measure the importance of ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS in second with 0.343 weight and importance criteria BEHAVIORAL FACTORS weighing 0.219 in third place are important.
