STUDY OF THE ROLE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE IN ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING AMONG TEACHERS OF MIYANEH CITY

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to evaluate the role of ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE in ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING and KNOWLEDGE SHARING among high school teachers of Miyaneh city. The research method is descriptive-correlative. In this study, the statistical population was 411 high school teachers of Miyaneh city, of which; 200 people were selected by using the Cochran's formula and were chosen by Simple Random sampling method. In this research and content validity was used to determine the questionnaires validity and by using the Cronbach's alpha (coefficient 0.801) the reliability was approved. For data analyzing, the linear regressions, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Friedman test were used. The result show that ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE (with coefficient 0.742), has a positive impact on the ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING and has a positive impact on KNOWLEDGE SHARING (with coefficient 0.799) among high school teachers of Miyaneh city. Based on Friedman test result, mission, involvement, adaptability and consistency (by priority), have the most impact on ORGANIZATIONAL LEARNING and KNOWLEDGE SHARING.
