Abstract

In contemporary civilization, transportation is very important issues which nowadays called it corner stone of new civilization.The second point is, having standard transportation is one of the citizens satisfaction criteria and sustainable civilization.Furthermore transportation is the main factors of civilization. on the other hand the third plan of country development is governor’s policy to leave the occasions to the private sector for the purpose of decreasing of governor’s affair.But PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT in transportation sector, in contrast of other industries like recycling of garbage is not so much easy, especially in the parts of buses because of Hamedans economical and social conditions.For this reason, for the purpose of prevention in blind PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT, in this research tries to investigate in PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT and results shows that the large numbers of people and bus drivers were disagree about PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT in the parts of BUS TRANSPORTATION.
