Abstract

In recent decades, most of the countries worldwide focus on employment, entrepreneurship and development. it has given rise to the development policies in this section throughout the world.Contemplating on the economic status, the process of development in developed countries one can infer, that these countries could develop dramatically in employment and development affairs particularly regarding WOMEN. They could at least overcome the crisis.The main purpose of this article is specifying the position and ISLAMIC AZAD UNIVERSITY role in cultural and SOCIAL AFFAIRS of educated WOMEN.The statistical subject of this research was the graduate and students of final Semester in all majors from the beginning of 1367 to 1385.The sample number was totally 520 people that 300 of them were graduated and 220 sample students were in final semester WOMEN.In order to gather data likert measurement scale questionnaire in multiple choice is used.The outcomes statistics made by statistical soft wares (spss) and were analyzed.the total hypothesis were confirmed with high quotient.
