Abstract

 Kant used the term of culture in both meaning; CULTURE OF SKILL and CULTURE OF DISCIPLINE. In first meaning human is creating of civil community and cosmopolitan whole and in the second meaning, he is agent of ETHIC. In both meaning, in Kant point of view, we need purposiveness of nature and human as FINAL END of the nature.Human as FINAL ENDs of nature is FINAL END of ETHIC and creation too.In Kant's view CULTURE OF SKILL is course and mental condition of CULTURE OF DISCIPLINE. This paper wants to analyses this matter in Kant's philosophy.
