Abstract

Nowadays, many decisions based on predictions of the future are made based on information available from the state. Whatever the predictions are more accurate and better done, will lead to more accurate decisions. Since one of the basic criteria for assessing the securities of a company, the sum of future Cash flows, it is, in this article the impact of operating Cash flows past model and operating Cash flow with the elements of profit model on the future Cash flow was studied. This paper uses panel data of 112 companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 1391 to 1395 regression equation to estimate the future Cash flow. The results show that both models can estimate the future operating Cash flow but the operating Cash flow with the elements of profit model is more powerful.
