Abstract

This study has been done to examine the EFFECTIVENESS of ICDL courses on staffs from the police headquarter commanders and managers point of view. This is a practical study with the explanatory method. The statistical society is 1009 commanders and managers in police headquarters in 1389. The tools for data collecting are a questioner with 35 questions. Percentage and average finding is used for analyzing the data. And K square test is used in understanding level. The study showed that the trainings have promoted the staff’s ABILITY to use computer and internet sources, rapidly, exactly and completely through doing their duty.
