NAJA ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT, AN STRATEGY FOR REALIZATION OF PIVOTAL SOCIETY POLICE

Abstract

 Background and aim: ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT is planned as a strategy to CHANGE, and it focuses on the use of behavior sciences technology. As the result of its role on stuff’s thought and behavior changing, it can prepare the necessary conditions for CHANGEs in organization.The aim of this research is finding the dimensions of effective techniques of this strategy in reaching the aims of POLICE/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank"> PIVOTAL SOCIETY POLICE.Methods: the method of this research is an analytic review, through studying 15 national and international references which were understood and used. Then through content analyzing the subject and ideas were evaluated and the relation between the aims of POLICE/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank"> PIVOTAL SOCIETY POLICE and organizational expansion techniques were achieved.Analyzing: According to the findings of this research ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT has three behavioral, duty and organizational dimensions. In which different methods are recommended for changing each of the above dimensions.Result & recommendationsIn order to CHANGE a traditional POLICE to a POLICE/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank"> PIVOTAL SOCIETY POLICE, all the mentioned 3 dimensions are useful but the behavioral dimensions can be used as a complementary for the others.
