Abstract

Islam is an all aspects considered religion. One of the recommended features of this divine religion is tolerance which has an effective role in command and MANAGEMENT of Armed Force. Tolerance means kindly and friendship behavior with others which is called consideration in MANAGEMENT. Given the importance of this human and Islamic nature, authors have decided not only consider the meaning of tolerance but also determine its position in ethics. Then overview the effects of tolerance in Quran verses and infallible narratives and investigate effects of these features in basic MANAGEMENT topics and different scholar views.Since the disciplinary regulation is unity procedure in command of Armed Forces specially police force, so the role of tolerance in this regulation which monitors the affairs of police force ORGANIZATION will be evaluated.
