Abstract

Standardization is the process of essential education for promotion of organizations’ performance especially HIGHER EDUCATION. One of the methods of optimization of education and HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT is applying indicators that evaluate education process from the beginning to the end and determine the effectiveness. Educational standard of ISO10015 is one of them. Method of this article is library research which evaluate resources and documentaries, introduce educational standard of ISO10015 and its comparison to the other patterns in education standardization. And at the end, there are some recommendations for effective use of ISO10015 in Police University.
