Abstract

The current research tends to explore the quality and quantity of social security among MALE PRISONERS of Kermanshah Dizelabad jail in order to clarify the social security feeling factors there.it concentrates on the relation between RELIGIOUS COMMITMENT and social security feeling ADAPTATION by using a simple random sampling encompassing 150 MALE PRISONERS. The questionnaires were used to collect data and analyze them on the basis of descriptive statistics including frequency, mean, standard deviation and other statistical analyses such as correlation and multiple regressions.Results showed that the degree of RELIGIOUS COMMITMENT, ADAPTATION and social security feeling is less among MALE PRISONERS. On the one side, there is significant positive relation between RELIGIOUS COMMITMENT and social security feeling. On the other side, there wasn't any significant relation between ADAPTATION and social security feeling. Given such results, it is recommended that the MALE PRISONERS should be given religious preaching to improve their feelings of security and the level of social security in the society.
