Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the causes and consequences of PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY of staff Administration of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Razavi Khorasan province in the form of a conceptual model. For this purpose the 101 employees of the department as a case study sampling were selected randomly through a questionnaire distributed among them was to gather the required information. Structural Equation modeling to analyze the resulting data and partial least squares method was used by statistical software PLS and the results of the conceptual model fitness indices suggest a good fit of the research model. Path analysis was used to test specific hypotheses. All assumptions related to factors affecting into PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY were acceptable except for social support and assumptions influenced by PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY factors and were confirmed. Also, it was shown that PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY in the relationship between EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE with organizational citizenship behavior and trust with willingness to share knowledge plays an intermediary role.
