Abstract

Development of information and technology and its entry into the working environment, closely control the use of information technology in organizations and achieving organizational goals has been to better and faster. Organizational survival and achieving the goal depends on information technology policies and implementation of policies in a comprehensive and smart planning. Therefore, information and communication technology (ICT) strategic planning is a vital issue. In the extent and distribution branches of Islamic Azad University, This matter is important more and more in order to proper utilization of technology. Therefore, ICT STRATEGIC PLANNING in the Islamic Azad University (Region Four), has been developed using the balanced scorecard card model.This program will identify goals and strategies for applying information technology in academic university. The results of this study were not unique to the region's fourth university, but other areas can also benefit from it.
