Abstract

 This study aims at investigating the relationship between SELF DIFFERENTIATION and BURNOUT in working headed household and none working women headed household. The statistical population includes all working women in well being Organization of Tehran. For sampling from the population multi-stage cluster sampling was used. Participants of the study were 170 individuals from women headed households. For the purpose of probing BURNOUT‚ the Maslash BURNOUT scale which consists of 22 items, was applied ‚ and for assessing SELF DIFFERENTIATION Scowrn questionnaire was used which has 46 items. For the analysis of the data the descriptive statistics (frequency, mean, variance) and inferential statistics (monowa. Pearson correlation, statistic regression) were used. Results indicated there is a significant relationship between SELF DIFFERENTIATION and BURNOUT and its subscale(r=-0.31).Also there is a significant relationship between self differetiation and BURNOUT in working women headed household and none working women headed household. But there is no significant difference between BURNOUT in WOMEN HEADED HOUSE HOLD and non-working WOMEN HEADED HOUSE HOLD.
