Abstract

The present study was conducted to predict the life quality of the girl students of Islamic Azad University, Boin zahra Branch based on the variables of DIFFERENTIATION OF SELF and RESILIENCE. This descriptive-correlational study was performed on a total of 242 girls with the average age of 22.45 (Sd= 4.9).The data collection tools were Conner and Davidson’s RESILIENCE scale (CD-RESC), Skowron's DIFFERENTIATION OF SELF scale, and QUALITY OF LIFE brief scale (WHOQOL-BREF). For data analysis, the correlation matrix and stepwise regression were used. The results showed that there is a correlation between RESILIENCE and QUALITY OF LIFE. Also, the findings indicated that there is a correlation between DIFFERENTIATION OF SELF and QUALITY OF LIFE. The result of stepwise regression showed that mixing with others is most associated with QUALITY OF LIFE. It was concluded that RESILIENCE, by reducing emotional problems, increases the QUALITY OF LIFE, and mixing with others, due to being under the influence of the emotional system of the environment and the reaction of the surrounding people, has the most effect in reducing the QUALITY OF LIFE.
