Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the impact of GENDER on the PRODUCTIVITY of PE TEACHERS in Tabriz city. This research, was a descriptive and correlation one and it was conducted in the field form. The population in this research included all PE TEACHERS in Tabriz city, who were 334 managers. The sample of this study included 179 teachers who were selected based on M organ's Table. For data collection, questionnaires of PRODUCTIVITY (Hersy and Goldsmith, 1994) were used. These questionnaires after the confirmation of their validity and reliability were distributed among the samples and then collected. The result showed that PE teacher's PRODUCTIVITY in Tabriz city is moderate to high (p<0.01). There wasn't a significant difference between the men and women PE TEACHERS PRODUCTIVITY in Tabriz city (p>0.05).
