Abstract

This research aimed to find out the possible relationship between the institutional and gender pressure and the adoption and application of worklife initiatives. It was a descriptive and correlational research study. The population of the study included the employed women in the governmental organizations of the Bijar city, among whom 128 were selected randomly as the sample. Standard questionnaires were used to collect data and descriptive statistics such as a mean and standard deviation and inferential statistics of Pearson correlation and regression analyses were used for analyzing of the data. The results showed that there is a positive significant relationship between the perception of institutional and gender pressure with adoption and application of the work-life initiatives.
