THE STUDY OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION ROLE ON FORMATION AND ATTRACTING EMPLOYEE'S SOCIAL CAPITAL

Abstract

 This research deal with the study of ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION effect on formation and attracting employee's social CAPITAL (employees of the Bureau of Media Studies and Planning). The study is also measuring correlation between the amount of using ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION and social CAPITAL and also its dimensions such as social confidence, social participation and etc.This research is applied and sectional. For data collection the survey method and the questionnaire technique. have been used. Since the statistie cal population of the research is all employees in office (80 persons), so the sample is not required. Chronbach alpha coefficient calculated for independent variable and dependent variable and its dimensions indicated a high level of correlation among the buoys or desired validity of the research tools.The finding indicated that there is a relationship among educational level, emplayees, experience and social CAPITAL. Also, there is a direct relationship between the independent variable, amount of using ORGANIZATIONAL COMMUNICATION and social CAPITAL and its dimensions (social confidence and social participation).
