Abstract

Today's world is the world with the vast changes in communications. People as the mastermind of the wide world has tried over many centuries for the development and evolution. In the information age and electronic communications, the organization is facing rapid change. Education institution and one of the largest producers and consumers, and certainly the most important storage information and knowledge is considered. Hence the most suitable school places for students to develop understanding of the technology and its role in shaping development and learning is superior. Global advances in communications technology Provide the ground for the vast expansion of learning opportunities and access to educational resources and training. This article aims to identify the role of NEW COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES and their impact on HUMAN RELATIONship. The different types of distance education and E-LEARNING and the NEW COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES will then be paid to factors affecting HUMAN RELATIONships. The survey's tool is questionnaire used for data collection. The statistical Sample is equal to the small volume of the statistical population. The Sample includes the Teachers who are teaching in E-LEARNING centers. Results of the study showed that although E-LEARNING facilities and more resources will be available to students, but the possibility of friendly relations and their social communication have been resuced.
