Abstract

Public organizations must be able to develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer service levels and maintain its position.This research focuses on CONSEQUENCEs of CORPORATE ENTREPRENEURSHIP STRATEGY on Public & Non-Governmental Organizations. Tehran municipality as a public & non-governmental organization has been investigated as a case study. The research has been done based on grounded theory methodology and systematic interviews with 25 informants. The main purpose of the article is analyzing of CORPORATE ENTREPRENEURSHIP STRATEGY CONSEQUENCEs. This conceptualizing of CORPORATE ENTREPRENEURSHIP STRATEGY based on actual data shows the CONSEQUENCEs of this strategy in Tehran municipality consists of 12 categories in open coding and 3 categories in axial coding consists of performance, human resources and customer excellency and these three, create new public value as the final CONSEQUENCE of the CORPORATE ENTREPRENEURSHIP STRATEGY was clear.
