Abstract

The Underlying Purpose of this research is to identify the relationship between DIVERSITY MANAGEMENT and manpower productivity in organization. This study is a correlation research, considering goal, it is an applied one. The sample consists of 75 people chosen by random stratified sampling method from 350 personnel. The results of the research show that there is a meaningful relationship between DIVERSITY MANAGEMENT and manpower productivity and its dimensions.
