Abstract

Today, KNOWLEDGE is regarded as the capital and its management become increasingly important. KNOWLEDGE management is a systematic approach to manage the creation, distribution and use of KNOWLEDGE in an organization, In order to make the organization more capable of improving the quality of services, which can prevent in many cases the confusion, the frequent repetition of a mistake and to avoid increased damages and cost. KNOWLEDGE management is considered as a powerful tool to achieve competitive advantage, Experience has shown that its application in organizations have many advantages, But the issue before the implementation of KNOWLEDGE management projects is Determine the terms of ORGANIZATIONAL READINESS for project. This study intends to examine the state of readiness of the organization for establishment KNOWLEDGE management. The assessment Model of KNOWLEDGE Management, Asian Productivity Organization (APO) were used in this study. Results showed that KNOWLEDGE management maturity level in this company is in The lowest level, "response", it means that the compony are not aware of what the KNOWLEDGE Management is, and the importance of that in improving the productivity and competitiveness.
