Abstract

The Current hyper competitive environment pressure on both component's competitive structure and either managerial structure; the challenges which force companies to reduce cost throughout supply chain. This, persuade companies and organizations to cooperative models and competition according to it. Hereabout enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are used by varied companies and organizations worldwide increasingly. Nevertheless, failure rate of ERP implementation among of organizations is high and several reports have confirmed this subject. Therefore READINESS ASSESSMENT in pre-implementation stage of ERP implementation among of organizations has crucial position. The current research tries via new assessment framework, to appraise organization readiness, to recognize problematical organization areas and leads to best readiness strategies. Besides cited subjects and managerial aspects of this research, the establishment of relation between appraised status and appropriated strategies portfolio is from other areas which this research attempts to cover it. For Objectivity of proposed model, it applied to Qazvin's province AGRICULTURAL JAHAD ORGANIZATION as appropriate multi-specificity GOVERNMENTAL SERVICE ORGANIZATIONs using expert panel method and its results have been appraised and analyzed. The application of this model has been indicated which understudied organization have been faced problems in tactical- organizational area among senary areas of proposed model. It is indicator of absence of strategic risks for beginning implementation project and focusing of probable problems in non- strategic areas which have been respected to improvement of organization's soft structure (human resources and management of employee's attitudes factors).
