Abstract

The aim of this research is studying the antecedents Of EMPLOYEES' SUBJECTIVE WELLBEING. Subjective Wellbeing is considered as a dependent variable, JOB DESIGN and HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES are considered as independent and antecedents of Subjective Wellbeing in this investigation. Our society is Emam Khomeini hospital laboratory (N=200).132 persons are selected based on random sampling. In this regards, 200 questionnaires were distributed, after gathering them 133 questionnaires were proper for analyzing. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used for testing the hypothesis. Our results show that JOB DESIGN and HRM practices have positive effect on EMPLOYEES' SUBJECTIVE WELLBEING. Also the results show that the effect of JOB DESIGN on EMPLOYEES' SUBJECTIVE WELLBEING is more than the effect of HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PRACTICES, on it.
