Abstract

The research has implemented under title of surveying of relationship between ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE and organizational ENTREPRENEURSHIP in Shahid Beheshti university. General objective of this research is surveying of relationship between ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE and organizational ENTREPRENEURSHIP from view of employees of Shahid Beheshti university that have academic degree (associate-bachelor-master- PH.D degree). Also 5 hypothesis was stated for surveying this relationship in academic year 2007-2008.This university has 239 employees having academic degree. Sample members were determined 148 person having used Morgan table. Researcher used questionnaire of related ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE and organizational ENTREPRENEURSHIP for collecting of data.For analyzing of data, methods of comprehensive statistics of one-way variance analysis, multi-variance regression analysis, dependent test T, Z test and Pierson correlation coefficient was used. SPSS software was used for analyzing of data and obtained the following results: There are a significant relationship between ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE and organizational ENTREPRENEURSHIP.
