Abstract

The purpose of the present research is to study the therapist effects of treatment methods of EYE MOVEMENT DESENSITIZATION AND REPROCESSING, drug and cognitive therapeutic approach on decreasing the state anxiety. the achieve this a group of forty male and female people including single and married from fifteen to fifty years of age. They expressed their anxiety to treatment centers Tehran. They had numbers more than 55 in trait anxiety test and Spielberger in sample groups randomly in 4 groups. Independence variable in treatment methods were applied.The control group didn’t receive any interference. post-test and pre-test on control and experiment groups were done. The results showed that There is a meaningful difference between the two sexes. The comparison of the means by sheaf Experiment shows that is a difference between re-processing and control group.In other word, the three methods in reducing sensitivity, are move effective. the treatment method in reducing anxiety has the same effectiveness. In other words the treatment with MEDICAL has the highest effectiveness in reducing anxiety. The reprocessing has the most important role in eye movement and reprocessing and cognitive technique in reducing state anxiety.
