Title

CONSIDERING PRACTICALITY, RELIABILITY, VALIDITY FINDING OF SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE IN STUDENTS

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is considering PRACTICALITY, RELIABILITY, VALIDITY and norm finding of SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE among a sample group of 498 (309 girls and 192 boys) students of Azad University of Zanjan. The sample were selected by random method. The questionnaire was used in this study is made of 82 questions. Each question is based on likert's 4 item spectrum. After gathering and analyzing data, the RELIABILITY coefficient of Cronbach's Alpha was equal to 0/909.15 question of the 82 question were omitted. In order to determine inventory VALIDITY the principle component was used. Results showed that 12 factors determine 43/9 of the whole variance of variables. The results extracting 12 factors include: 1- personal self–awareness, 2-virtuous behavior, 3-intellectuality, 4-problem solving 5-Consciousness, 6-being holistic, 7-mindfulness, 8-existential questioning, 9-meaning, 10-deep intuition, 11-divinity, 12-inner-directedness. Finally for description and definition SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE scores of the students two kinds of percentile and categorical norms have been provided. There is no difference between SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE scores of girls and boys.
