Abstract

One of the important problems of the cities is urban damaged and insufficient areas..Darabad district with an area of 2.08 q.m. and population about 9804 persons in the year of 2006 is one of reigns that has this problem and is case sample of this research. Statistical society of this research will be from resident families DARABAD DISTRICT and sample population including 70 families from resident families in the Darabad local area. Final objective of the research is study and introduction to general specifications of damaged area of DARABAD DISTRICT that because of ignorance to them is cause that is become of the area problem and also introduction to limitations and available problems and its problem solving and offering suitable ways in order to correct programming for regulating damaged area of DARABAD DISTRICT. Used research methodology is descriptive- analytical and information gathering method is documentary (practical) and for data analysis used Spss, Excel and Arc GIS software. Results of this research shows that available area of DARABAD DISTRICT has not capability of succor at the time of happening natural accidents or urban accidental event and cause to problems specially in the field of roads, communicative ways that needs to solving the problems and finally suitable methods to right programming to regulatory of damaged areas of DARABAD DISTRICT.
