Abstract

This research investigates the abilities and capacities of the Iranian university graduates in response to the professional and VOCATIONAL NEEDS in the Southern Pars Energy region. To this end, a CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK was allowed for the abilities and capacities of the graduates based on the background researches and the theoretical foundations. With due allowance for the components of the framework, a questionnaire comprising five sections was provided. The related data was analyzed based on the research questions and by utilizing the descriptive and inferential statistics techniques such as t-test and Factor Analysis. According to the obtained results, a framework was proposed to establish a desired relationship between the university educations in response to the market demands.
