Abstract

The purpose of this study is the relationship between professors’ COMMUNICATION SKILLS and educationale effectiveness in Tehran girls’ Technical & Vocational University of Valiasr. Forthis study, using a survey technique with question nairesa random sample were asked in 197 students in 12 fields in Valiasr University in 1391 using. After that data analysis by using software Spss, inferential statistics were used in the analysis included the Pearson correlation co-efficiencies.After analyzing the results, we have performed:As much more professors’ COMMUNICATION SKILLS strengthen, the EDUCATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS of scientific groups, motivate students learning and increase academic achievement and professors’ COMMUNICATION SKILLS both verbal and non-verbal will further strengthen the effectiveness of scientific groups increases.
