Abstract

Nowadays, there are vast changes in communications world. All the organizations are facing to rapid of changes in the information and ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS age. To become pervasive in the system and organizational boundaries, creating mechanized method for the electronic exchange of correspondence between different systems, is a serious need to provide a better relationship between organizational forms. Value of electronic communication faster access to information, but its ability to facilitate communication and thinking is superior. With a view to applications in the ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS system, is characterized by ever greater use of electronic public relations office automation and electronic communication in organizations in the sector have Most areas in the communication system is derived and transformed. The aim of this study is to determine the role of ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS for process organizational communication.The method of research is survey method. This study includes one main hypothesis and 8sub-hypothesis. The research apply questionnaire for data collection. Populations in this study are 300 employees of the Tehran municipal inspection, which were to be recruited. The 20 patients in this study have not been due to use of ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS. Method is survey and questionnaire is used for data gathering. The sample of study is all teachers who studies in e-learning center in abroad. To increase the validity and credibility of the questionnaire, the questionnaires were distributed and a number of uncertainties associated with specific questions thus a number of questions were deleted and replased in a number of transparency and demystification of the final questionnaire was prepared and distributed. The ranking is based on the Likert scale questionnaire was designed to check its validity and internal consistency of Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used. Cronbach's alpha of 0.86 indicates that the questionnaire is valid. With respect to the results seen that the dimensions of electronic communication, organizational communication is effective. This effect increased further in the field of human relations in the organization, increase employee productivity, reduce stress in the workplace, trained and skilled human resources efficiently, reduce organizational costs, reduce administrative bureaucracy and hierarchy of the organization and administration of health promotion is seen. The use of ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS in the time of exchange of information and easy access to information resources and also has a major role in creating new channels of communication have been successful. Prevent some unnecessary communication when other results of operations and reduce stress at work is the use of ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS in organizations.
