Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to investigate the EFFECTS of MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATION STYLES on INTERPERSONAL INTERACTION of STUFFS (case study: Tehran's telecommunication company). Kinds of MANAGEMENT COMMUNICATION STYLES are such as: control style quality-structural-statistic-bestowing and prevention. So in this research used of measurement method, and its statistical society are all of STUFFS of general office of telecommunication of region 6 that choose and investigated 250 persons accidentally by using of Morgan table. The investigation tool of this research is questionnaire that involved 1 open question and 31 closed questions. The results of this investigation show that there are meaningful relation between using of communication styles by managers and useful INTERACTION between colleagues. Persons who used of statistic communication style have more freedom of action. Also the third hypothesis proven on rely in the fact that by view of answerers, there is meaningful relation between bestowing communication style and ability, finally on the base of results it is clear that it is this situation that determined which of the styles will have more effectiveness on INTERPERSONAL INTERACTION of STUFFS.
