Abstract

A subsidy is an assistance paid to a business or economic sector. Most subsidies are made by the government to producers or distributed as subventions in an industry to prevent the decline of that industry (e.g., as a result of continuous unprofitable operations) or an increase in the prices of its products or simply to encourage it to hire more labor (as in the case of a wage subsidy).This paper isbased on the theoretical principles of Adam Smith and Milton Friedman.In this survey the CARICATUREs about SUBSIDE are studied as one of the most important and controversial subject in the society.In a period of three months (march-may2011 ) all CARICATUREs which have supported SUBSIDE plan or degraded it have been collected from the internet, website and newspaper then sorted and content analyzed by the experts.Study of reaction of society was the main goal of this study
