Abstract

NIKLAS LUHMANN is one of Germany’s prominent sociologists that with a systems approach began to study the nature of ART. In his theory change of the structure of the modern societies based on functional differentiation had worthy importance. The differentiation lead to shrink of society to subsystems like to law, economy, politic, education, science, religion, ART and so on, that COMMUNICATIONs constitute their parts. He for the definition of ART to sensory perception, sensory perception conceded to PSYCHIC SYSTEMS and ART as COMMUNICATION conceded to the scope of SOCIAL SYSTEMS. In line with this view, ART is known as a COMMUNICATION that perceived, a COMMUNICATION deceives perception and the knowledge of it conducts. In ARTicle will try with the study and evaluation Luhmann’s main books explain that ART how is COMMUNICATION and how perception and COMMUNICATION gathers in itself.
